William A. Osterhout; of Oneonta, N.Y., passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the age of 89. Having been born in Oneonta, N.Y. he is the son of the late William and Polly Osterhout. He is survived by his wife Connie Osterhout, sons, Donald Osterhout (Beth), Wayne Osterhout, Bruce Osterhout (Kathy), John Herring (Linda), daughters, Sharon Cortese, Shelly Williams (Guy), Gail Miles, 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
