William Ronald Cheesman

William R. Cheesman was born on June 29, 1954 in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago to Carlton and Romain Cheesman. After 67 long years, he departed from this life on April 2, 2022. He is survived by his daughters Yvette and Gabrielle, and sons Justin, Jerome, Christopher, and Stephen. He is also survived by his siblings Caramae, Anton, and Carla. William had always been a man of great independence and adventure, having left Trinidad in his teens to pursue an education and career in North America. There he took on several managerial positions in the retail industry, where he always created positive and lasting relationships with his employees. William was an invaluable member of the industry until his retirement in February 2020. He often liked to sit by the beach and read, take long drives on the highway, and watch the latest sci-fi movies on bootleg. In his spare time he enjoyed burning personal mixtapes to listen to on the road or at home. May his soul rest and live on in those he has touched.
