Vivian Mollica

January 16, 1944 — June 16, 2011

Vivian Mollica, 67, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where her heart always remained even after relocating to West Palm Beach, Florida. She spent her life dedicated to raising her two daughters Andrea Plescia and Lauren Hafner whom will forever cherish her love, loyalty, and guidance. One of her greatest loves included her grandson Aidan Hafner whom will dearly miss her. She leaves behind two wonderful, caring son-in-laws, Frank Plescia and Eric Hafner who will forever hold her motherly love in their hearts. In addition Vivian will be sorely missed by family members and friends whom have been an intricate part of her life for many years. Vivian enjoyed many wonderful days swimming in the ocean, conversing with friends, shopping with her daughters and spending everyday with her family as that is what she treasured the most. "A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts." In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Vivian's memory to: Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407, https://www.hpbcf.org/make-a-gift/donation-form.php?gift_type=2
