Virginia Rae Phillips-Fisher, 70, of Wellington, passed away on December 26th. She is survived by her three daughters Jennifer Rosenblum (Jeremy Slusher), Cathy Tyrrell and Petra Yacoby (Shay), a son Ronald Tyrrell, Eight Grandchildren, Two Great Granddaughters and a sister Shirley Johnson (Ralph).
