78, of Loxahatchee, Florida and formerly of Fitchburg, Massachusetts passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon at 4:01 p.m. on June 4th, 2008 at home after a long illness. Mrs. Morin was born on December 18, 1929 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and resided there until 1948. She was the daughter of Francis Edmond and Cora (Cote) Beauregard. She married Paul N. Morin of Fitchburg and settled in Carol City, Florida until 1975, then moved to Anderson, South Carolina until 1995. Then the couple moved back to Tamarac, Florida to retire. She attended Saint Francis elementary school and Saint Bernard?s High School in Fitchburg. She worked for New England Telephone in Fitchburg, managed school cafeterias in south Florida and owned and operated Vi?s Catering Service in Anderson, South Carolina. She leaves her beloved daughter, Judy (Morin) Kirouac and her husband Edmond Kirouac of Loxahatchee, Florida where she last resided since 2001, and her grandchildren Kenneth Jimenez of Cocoa, Florida and Laura (Jimenez) and husband Michael Welborn who live in Lexington, South Carolina with their three children. Also, she leaves her beloved daughter, Susan and her husband Robert L. Junghanns of Greenville, South Carolina and their two daughters, Diana and husband Michael James of Easley, South Carolina and their two children, and Cynthia Madarasz of Greer, South Carolina and her two children. Mrs. Morin is survived by a brother, Francis Beauregard of Townsand, Massachusetts and sister, Theresa Courteau of Coral Springs, Florida, also five step brothers and sisters Norma Boggs of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Carol Coggans of Truro Cornwall, England, Larry Beauruegard of Fitchburg, MA, Jane Howell of Fitchburg, MA and Kenneth Beauregard of Leominster, MA. A funeral Mass will be celebrated for both Violet Morin and previously deceased husband Paul N. Morin at St. Rita Catholic Church, 13645 Paddock Drive, Wellington, FL 33467, on June 20, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., followed by the burial for both together side by side, with their ashes being laid to rest at Queen of Peace cemetery, 10941 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. In lieu of flowers Masses offered in her name will be most appreciated. Or, donations will go to the individual hands-on care takers who so lovingly and compassionately comforted and cared for Mrs. Morin during her illness.
