Vincent Joseph Pisciotta, 94, passed away peacefully with his loved ones nearby on December, 3, 2013, in Royal Palm Beach, Fl. He was born in NYC and resided there for 37 years. He was a veteran who proudly served his country in the US Army in Europe during WWII. In 1944, he married his beloved wife of 65 years, Katie Monaco Pisciotta, and together they raised 2 children. He had a successful and fulfilling career as a manger of furniture stores in Norfolk, Va, Atlanta, Miami, and West Palm Beach, where he retired. He was an active member of his community's Young at Heart Club and the Forever Young Club at St. Rita Catholic Church. He enjoyed time with his family, dancing, and was an avid Yankees fan. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, he was generous kind, and a devout Catholic. He was predeceased by his wife Katie Pisciotta. Left to honor his memory are son, Ben Pisciotta and wife Linda; daughter Kathy Hanna and husband Ed; 5 grandchildren; 3 sisters; and 1 brother. A viewing will be held from 10:00AM to 12:00PM on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013 at Palms West Funeral Home, followed by Mass at 12:30PM at St. Rita Catholic Church, Wellington, Fl.
