Fortney, Victoria Leigh (Tori Velle) On Sunday, December 31st 2018, Victoria Fortney, wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away at the age of 46 years. Tori will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend Mark, and there beautiful children, Jacob, Malia, Tia, and Sabrina. By her father Victor and Sandi, mother Patti and Eric, and brother Jay. Tori will also be forever remembered by her nieces, extended family and dear friends. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 6th, 2019 at Palms West funeral Home 110 business Park way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411 The intention of this memorial is to celebrate her life which was full of love, kindness, laughter, and an endless amount of creativity and talent. Memorial donations in memory of Tori may be made to her GoFundMe page "Tori Velle" with the money being used to complete her largest life's work which was a musical written by Tori, her father, and closest friends and colleagues. A project which was already being pitched two producers in New York and on Broadway which was her dream and was almost completed when she became too ill.
