Thomas Alan Swartout

Thomas Alan Swartout, 37, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. He was born February 4, 1972 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Thomas?s memory will be cherished by his partner, Caren Perri; children, Lyette Taylor Swartout and Zachary Thomas Swartout; parents, Ronald Alan and Judith Elaine (Stein) Swartout; grandmother, Kathryn Lucille (Hipsher) Stein; brothers, Randy (Sally Wolpert) Swartout and Daniel Swartout; niece, Ashlee Danielle Swartout and nephew, Charles Robert Swartout. A visitation will be held 6-8 PM on Friday, December 18, 2009 with a wake service beginning at 7:30 PM at Palms West Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at St. Rita Catholic Church with burial to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery.
