Thomas Allen Kwiatek, 56, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on April 11th, 2022. Tom was born in Buffalo, New York on May 1st, 1965. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Tom worked in Parks and Recreation for more than 20 years. To know Tom was to love him and he will be extremely missed.
Services will be held at the Palms West Funeral Home at 11 AM on Saturday, April 23rd. A toast to celebrate Tom's life will be held at Jojo's in Wellington at 5:30 PM on the same day.
