Thomas Lee Fitzpatrick

Tom, age 59, was lifted up by angels from his family's embrace on September 14, 2012. He was born on June 27, 1953 in Jackson, MI and raised in Brooklyn, MI. In 1969, he moved to West Palm Beach, FL where he later met Susie and they shared 28 years of marriage. He is survived by his lifelong companion, Susie Fitzpatrick, son, Daniel Fitzpatrick (Jackie) and daughter, Christina Fitzpatrick (Steve). Tom is also survived by his mother, six brothers, one sister and many other family members and friends. Tom's life will be honored and celebrated at Palms West Funeral Home on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 12:00-2:30 p.m. Following the service, friends and family will gather at Daniel's home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation.
