Thomas Candela

Thomas Candela, age 58, died on February 8th, 2019, in Palm West Hospital, West Palm Beach of cancer and respiratory complications after . Thomas is survived by his children Brendan, Samantha, Shelby and their mother Elaine; his siblings Barbara, Carol, Susan and Joseph, his grandchildren Jordan and Shayla, numerous nieces and nephews, and his brother, Michael, who predeceased him. Thomas was born on January 17th, 1961 in Queens, New York to parents Silvio and Emma Candela. After finishing school, he worked as a manufacturer and installer of high-end draperies. Thomas was a social, active man who was an avid fan of the New York Mets. He enjoyed anything that included old school cars and beer. His family and friends will always remember him as a witty jokester and avid story teller. A party to Celebrate his life will be held the weekend of February 23rd, 2019 at a private location. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Thomas's life. The family would like to thank the staff at Palms West Hospital for everything they've done.
