Thomas William Aupperlee

Thomas (Tom) William Aupperlee, 66, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida departed this life on October 21, at Trustbridge Hospice. Tom was born on July 20, 1953 to Aaron and Rachel Dykstra Aupperlee in Paterson, New Jersey. He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 43 years, Brenda Dotson Aupperlee and the son of their heart, Julio (Carmi) Escalante and grandchildren, Noah and Abraham. Tom has two surviving brothers, Paul (Patti) Aupperlee and Larry (Marina) Aupperlee and one sister Beth Wiswell and numerous nieces and nephews as well as many very special friends. Tom was an auto industry professional who excelled in service to customers and co-workers while maintaining the highest level of courtesy and respect. Tom was an avid golfer, bowler, and a huge University of Miami fan. Well known for his bigger than life sense of humor, Tom was a big man with an even bigger heart. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, October 26 at United Methodist of the Palm Beaches, 900 Brandywine, West Palm Beach, FL. Gathering of family and friends will begin at 2:00 PM with service to begin at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tom's memory to the Animal Rescue League of your choice.
