Mrs. Therese Lunia Denizard, 83, of Royal Palm Beach, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2024. After a long battle with Kidney disease she gained her heavenly wings on March 23, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family at Palms West Hospital in Palm Beach County, Florida. Therese was born on November 22, 1940 to Dr. Achille Salvant & Normilia Richard in Tru du Nord, Haiti. Upon graduating from Lycee des Jeune Filles in 1957, she went on to study Executive Administration. Thereafter, she landed her first job at Bank of Tokyo New York. New York City. She worked as Executive Assistant for Insurance Service Offices for 20 yrs. In 1965, she met Eddy Pierre Denizard, and they wed in 1966 in New York City, NY. They then lived in Brooklyn, NY, and as their family grew, built the family home in Bay Shore, Long Island in 1977. The Denizard Home served as an anchor for the community and a pillar for many families due to the natural giving heart and hospitality bestowed upon Therese. Therese enjoyed pouring her life into her four children;m Gina Griffin (Kevin), John Eddy Denizard, Gregory Denizard (Michelle) and Nadine Nora Watson. She dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Therese excelled at encouraging her family and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. She made it her mission to improve the lives of others. Therese was a passionate humanitarian and Chef when she wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness. She could be found in her kitchen creating new recipes as well as making her favorite traditional Haitian dishes. She was a devout believer whose passion for understanding scripture illuminated her life and inspired those around her. Her dedication to spiritual growth and unwavering commitment to living out her beliefs touched countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of faith, compassion, and wisdom. Though she may be physically gone, her spirit and teachings continue to guide and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know her. Therese is survived by her husband Eddy Pierre Denizard, brothers Dr. Alix Salvant & Carl-Henri Salvant and sister Yva Salvant, her four children and nine grand children; Jianna Njeri Denizard, Kevin Xavier Griffin Jr., Jason Craig Griffin, Nora Iman Denizard, Jared Gregory Watson, Kayla Marie Denizard, Gregory Carl Denizard, Amira Mia Denizard and Nyla Rose Denizard and her Great Grandchild; Rainn Everett Griffin. She will also be fondly remembered by her special nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, neighbors and friends. We will miss her greatly.
