Theresa Maria Duemig

Theresa (Terry) Maria Duemig, a loving wife to her recently deceased husband Joseph of almost 50 years, proud mother and wonderful grandmother, entered eternal rest Friday, September 9th, 2022. The daughter of Anne Cutrone and Anthony Cutrone grew up in Elmont, NY. Terry was born August 26, 1947 and went to St Boniface Catholic school and graduated from Elmont Memorial High School. Terry worked as a bookkeeper for the Baldwin School District which allowed her to have a close relationship with her children during their school years. Terry was active in the Ladies Auxiliary which complimented her husband Joe's role as a Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus in Oceanside, NY. Terry enjoyed going on cruises with her husband and they met so many people along the way that became more than just friends, many of whom she still talked to up to her passing. Terry and her husband were active in the retirement community at Wynmoor of Coconut Creek where they lived for the last 10+ years. Terry is preceded in rest by her husband (Joseph), mother (Anne), father (Anthony) and leaves behind her children Timothy (Carissa), Elizabeth, granddaughter Alexandria, siblings Neal (Carol), Mary (Tom), and more nephews, nieces and friends than can be named. Rest in peace Terry, we know that you are no longer suffering and without pain. We know that you are now reunited with Joe and can spend your 50th wedding anniversary together.
