Theodore Austin Estes Junior Ted loved his family and friends. He had a passion for music and loved playing his Fender guitar. When his boys were young he loved playing and coaching baseball. He was a big fan of the Chicago CUBS- he often posted "...w..." on facebook signifying a CUBS "Win". He also was the ultimate Oakland Raiders Fan! Riding his motorcycle was Ted's True Love from that very first ride to the very last ride. And, nobody does it better and with a more beautiful smile. He loved his annual trips to Bike Week in Daytona and he often shared memories from his cousins reunion trip from July 2014 in Tennessee. Some of his grandkids called him "Hot Rod Grandpa" but also simply "Grandpa Ted". To his nieces/nephews, he was simply "UT". We have been blessed to have Ted in our lives and are amazed by how many he touched and grateful for all the support. If a man's wealth is determined by the hearts that he has touched, Ted was KING. Months ago, Ted had beaten cancer with his sister by his side the entire way. But in true Ted fashion, it's as if he said "screw you cancer, I'll go out my own way". Ted left us doing what he loved, he wasn't your weekend warrior biker, it was his life. Ted's final posting on facebook was "time to ride..." With his best friend by his side and headphones in his ears listening to "Love Like A Man" which ironically ends "LOVE ALL YOU CAN", that is what Ted did, took his final ride.
