It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden deaths of Taylor Glenn Jones, age 43, and his wife Tara Marie Cole Jones, age 41, on May 4, 2024. Taylor was born in Everett, Washington on May 5, 1980 to Carrie L. Bradshaw and Harry "Rusty" Jones. Tara was born in Chamblee, Georgia on April 5, 1983 to Linda Stabile Cole and William B. Cole. Tara and Taylor leave behind four beautiful children; Kyeler, age 13; Kingston, age 11; Asher, age 8, and Blakely, age 5. In addition to the children, Taylor leaves behind his father Rusty Jones and step mother Shelley; step parents Byron Krogstadt and Gretchen Froelich; his brother Kiel (wife Mercy and daughter Zoey) and sister Kendall Edwards (husband Greg Edwards and daughters Juniper and Magnolia). Tara leaves behind her father, Bill Cole and stepmother, Margaret Cole; brothers: Brian Cole, (children Alex and Ashlyn), Billy Cole Jr. (wife Melissa Fleischman and daughter Mila), Brandon Cole (partner Jessica Stott) and sisters Nancy Distefano, Caitlin Cole, (husband Luke Zalewski). Taylor and Tara were married on August 9, 2008 in Seattle, Washington and had lived in several different places including Camano Island, Washington, Santa Clara and Roseville, California and most recently in Wellington, Florida. Both Taylor and Tara were devoted parents. Their lives focused on the kids' schooling, sports and most importantly their development as an integral part of a loving family. Taylor grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington where he developed his love for racing motocross. He also participated in baseball there as a pitcher and, as he grew into adulthood, he was infatuated with golf and became an avid golfer. He was a very committed provider for the family and was employed as a managing partner at Young and Associates. Tara grew up in many locations including Atlanta, Florida, Manila the Philippines and Bangkok, Thailand. She had terrific social skills and was able to adapt to very different cultures, even learning some of the language. Tara was an excellent softball player and after attending Culinary Institute of America also became a terrific cook. The energy and time she spent becoming actively involved in the kids' school and sports made her very well-known and respected by the school officials and the parents in the community. The loss of Taylor and Tara at such an early stage of their life has been incredibly devastating to both families as well as to the community in which they lived. They will forever be in our hearts and will remain part of the kids' lives forever. We will miss them always and pray that they will rest in peace until we meet again.
