Susan C. Fitzpatrick

Susan (Susie) Fitzpatrick became an angel among us on December 6, 2024; surrounded by the endless love of her immediate family. She was born on September 18, 1955 in Tom's River, NJ and lived there until she sailed to South Florida at age 19. She spent 33 years working at Loxahatchee Groves Elementary School where she made many beloved friends with her colleagues and "raised" countless children. Susie is preceded in death by her lifelong companion, Thomas Fitzpatrick and is survived by her son, Daniel Fitzpatrick (Jackie), daughter, Christina Fitzpatrick, brother, Dennis Riker and sister, Tina Riker. Susie's life will be honored and celebrated at Palms West Funeral Home on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 6-8pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
