Sue L. Drozd (maiden name Zolnowski) age 98 peacefully passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023 at Beeva assisted living in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. She was born in Bennington New York to her parents Anthony Zolnowski and wife Lottie Zymowska on May 15, 1925. Sue was the loving wife of Frank Drozd (Lefty) and was his business partner and owner of the Pump Inn in Buffalo, New York for 25 years. Before moving to Florida in 1983 she resided for 10 years at the home of her niece Joanne Baker in Williamsville, N.Y. She was a loving sister to Erena Baker and Helen Nowak and to her deceased brothers Adam, Joseph, Bernard, Stanley, Matthew, Walter and sister Maryann. Very loving Auntie to her many nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews in Florida, Buffalo, New York and around the USA. She will be remembered for her fun spirit at family gatherings and her love of Polish polka music. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and fishing. Going on Saturday garage sale adventures with her two sisters was a also favorite of hers . Sue will be remembered for her helpful caregiving to her many nieces and nephews throughout the years.
