Stephen J. Trigani

Stephen Trigani, DDS, age 69, passed away in Wellington, Florida, on January 13, 2026. Born on April 11, 1956, Stephen lived a life defined by service, compassion, and a deep love for his family and community. For over 40 years, Dr. Trigani served as a dedicated dentist, earning the trust and fondness of his patients. Known for his gentle care, compassion, and smile, he treated far more than teeth—he treated people. His patients were family, and his commitment to their well-being left a lasting mark. Outside of his practice, Stephen found joy in fishing, that reflected his spirit for patience and appreciation for life. Whether on the water or in conversation, he brought fortitude, humor, and sincerity.

Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Patricia Trigani, and his four children: Benjamin Trigani, Jaclyn Trigani, Jennifer George, and Lowell Palmer and sister, Susan McCaffrey. He was a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense happiness.

Stephen Trigani will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather, trusted dentist, and a man whose kindness touched countless lives. His legacy lives on through the family he cherished, the patients he cared for, and the lives he touched along the way.

A service will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Friday, February 6, with a gathering from 4–5 p.m. and a service from 5–6 p.m. All who wish to attend are welcome.
