Stephen Philbin, beloved Father, Husband and Friend, passed away on February 26, 2012 after a short illness. He is survived by his Wife, Marrianne and three children, Katie, John and Jeannie. He will be missed beyond any words that can describe how dearly he is loved. Steve and Marrianne met on September 23, 1986 and have been together ever since. By 1996, they had three children, owned a lamination business and lived in the country. Steve worked very hard but always took time out for his family. He taught the children good family values. He was there when they were born, when they went to school, when they learned to drive and guided them for college and life events. Steve loved teaching John about fixing cars, gadgets and remodeling the house. Father and Son "Talks", and Father and Daughter "talks" were ever on-going. Steve thought the world of his family. Everything he did was for his family. Steve went to the horse competition and encouraged his daughters to have fun. He was quickly transformed from a "City Boy" to a "Country Boy". Steve loved all animals and his dogs will miss him too. He had fun with the goats, pigs, hens and mini horses. His sense of humor made him approachable by family, friends and strangers alike. He was so easy to talk to. His easy-going, but very caring personality made him take care of his mother-in-law without question. No caretaker could ever take his place. He was extremely smart and could comment on almost every subject. He loved history and was very proud to be an American. On Steve's 50th birthday, friends and family came from all over to join in his celebration. We shall remember Steve as a wonderful Father, Husband and Friend. He was always there for us, and now he is in God's hand. We will meet him in heaven as he is in our hearts forever. We shall remember his voice and his values. We loved him so very much. Bless his Irish-Scottish stubbornness.
