Stephanie Gayle Lewkutz October 6, 2018 Stephanie was born to Charles W., Jr. and Connie L. (Casner) Mulligan on November 15, 1966 in Baltimore, MD. Stephanie is survived by her husband of 21 years, David, Jr.; daughter Jessica Pickering and sons Robert Cook, III (Jenny), David Lewkutz III, (Samantha) and Tyler Lewkutz. She is also survived by brothers Charles L. Lamoreaux (Barbara) and Charles W. Mulligan, III (Darla), in-laws, David, Sr. and Dolly Lewkutz, brothers in-law Michael Fincannon, Daniel Lewkutz (Jamie) and Michael Lewkutz (Brean), and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Lou Ann Fincannon. Stephanie was a bright light in this world, loved by her husband, family and numerous friends. Her smile and laugh lit the room and broke the silence. She never met a stranger. Stephanie was a Disney fanatic, an avid gardener and had an eternal affinity for the color pink. She loved to rescue animals, adopting many throughout her life. Her marriage to David was idyllic. They did everything together joyfully, raising strong, productive children. Of her life's accomplishments, she was most proud of her marriage and four children. She was kind and wise. Her husband would always say she was the voice of reason, and his best friend. Stephanie will be missed by her entire family and all who had the honor of knowing her. Private services family only.
