Stanley Carmine Cangero

On Tuesday February 25, 2020 Stanley Carmine Cangero of Wellington Florida loving husband and father of three passed away at the age of 85. Stanley was born September 18, 1934 in Mineola N.Y... He served in the United States Army and forever remained a proud patriotic American. He attended Adelphi University. Stanley married and had 3 children. He worked for the Long Island Lighting Company for 38 years and retired in May 1994. He was a proud member of the Lions Club; he served as President in the Lake Grove NY chapter and continued in the club in Wellington Florida. Stanley moved to Wellington Florida to enjoy his new job of playing golf at his favorite club. Stanley loved watching sports of all kinds especially his beloved NY teams. Stanley will be missed by his wife of 60 years Linda Cangero, Son Paul Cangero of Wellington, daughter Dana Donatelli and son-law Fred Donatelli of Bethlehem Pa., daughter Jill Guerrero and son-law Roy Guerrero of Parker Colorado. He will also be missed by his four grandchildren Andrew Donatelli, Madison Donatelli, Samantha Guerrero and Paul Cangero Jr. Stanley was an animal lover especially of dogs, so he will also be missed by his fury grandchildren Tres, Heidi, Venus and Solomon. A private burial is scheduled at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth Florida this summer.
