Shirley Rose Agata

Shirley Rose Agata , 43, passed on to heaven on March 16, 2014. She was born on March 7, 1971 to Irma Melotta and Juan Carlos Agata in Bronx, New York. She graduated William Cullen Bryant High School and attended Hunter College. She was committed to her life partner David Hespe and formerly married to Guy Vaccaro with whom she had a son, Gino Vaccaro. Shirley worked in the finance industry for many years at various firms including Morgan Stanley. In 2002 she pursued her passion for orchestrating memorable experiences and special events and launched Creations for Occasions (CFO). As the founder and president of CFO she brought joy to her clients including brides and mothers-to be. She had panache for transforming the ordinary to extraordinary and magical. Shirley was a firm believer in living life to the fullest. As a native New Yorker and Floridian transplant, she approached each day with the determination to experience happiness and love in all things and through all people. Her larger than life personality, contagious smile and fierce loyalty made her the best person to bring to a party as well as a true confident and compassionate sister and friend. She was a truth seeker and truth speaker who could be relied upon to speak her mind at any given moment. The world danced more, laughed more and dared more because she was in it. She will be deeply missed by those whom she survived including: her beloved life partner David Hespe and their dog "daughter" Chanel, her beloved mother Irma Agata, her father Juan Carlos Agata, her brother Jesse Agata, her son Gino Vaccaro and niece Nicoleta Agata, her sister Noreece Agata , her step-mother Norma Agata, as well as her extended family, the Melotta and Agata relatives, her God children, the Hespe Family, the Vaccaro Family, her Queens Sisterhood, Brooklyn Friends and West Palm Beach Friends.
