Sharon Ann Monti

Our dear mother Sharon Ann Monti, 74, bravely lost her battle to cancer on January 1, 2024. Preceded in death by her husband John Monti. She was an outstanding mother, grandmother, sister and Aunt. Equally loved by her sons John Monti of Plantation. Bob Monti, his wife Carie and daughter Allison of Lake Worth. Sister Karen Morgan and her family of Davie. She was an active part of her community with a great number of friends in Valencia Shores located in Lake Worth. Sharon was born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania to her mother Gloria and Robert Law on January 24, 1949. She grew up not far from Brownsville and met John Monti where she then became his wife. The couple moved to South Florida to begin a new adventure when their sons were little. Sharon made a life long career as a secretary for the Broward County school board until retirement. At that time they then moved to Palm Beach county. Sharon loved spending time with her friends and family. She visited her granddaughter every weekend and loved to play bocce as well as bowling. She also found a passion for quilting in which she spent hours deciding on patterns of fabric and design with lifelong friend Jean Beucler. Sharon will be cherished and deeply missed.
