Sebastian Kaine Chavez

Our precious Sebastian Kaine Chavez born March 5, 2010. He was granted his angel wings far too soon on March 2, 2014. His final days were surrounded by loving family and friends. Sebastian is survived by his parents Kerri and Jose Chavez and sister Samantha, Grandparents Ellen and Kenneth Archambault and Maria Chavez, Great Grandmother Marlene Ratti, Uncles Danny, Mike, Michael and Christopher, Aunts Rose, Josefa, Delores, Lupe and Jennifer. The viewing will be held March 22, 2014 from 3-5pm at Palms West Funeral Home, Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Please wear bright colors red, orange, green, white, turquoise no black. Everyone welcome. In lieu of flowers, a donation of children's books, baby to 18 years old can be brought on the viewing day to be given to Place of Hope in Sebastian's name.
