Scarlett Yvonne Lee

In Memory of Scarlett Yvonne Lee October 13, 1967 - December 21, 2022 Scarlett Yvonne Lee passed away suddenly on December 21, 2022. Born in Oklahoma, Scarlett moved to Florida at a very young age, and later attended and graduated from Twin Lakes High School in 1985. Not long after graduation, through her love of animals, especially cats, she found her second home working at The Canal Animal Hospital for over 30 years. Scarlett was a kind beautiful person with an infectious smile that came from deep within. Next to animals and a strong group of supportive friends was her love of the great outdoors. Kayaking on the water and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina and Georgia, was her happy place. Scarlett was predeceased by her parents, Yvonne Eaton and Richard Burney. Scarlett was taken too soon, but she will be with us always in our hearts and minds In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you remember Scarlett's memory with donations to: Bellas Promise Pet Rescue or any charity of your choice.
