Sandra Jean Moore

Sandra Jean Moore (Sandy), was born on March 19th 1960 in Modesto, California. Mrs. Moore was one of seven children, she was a loving mother of two boys, and a grandmother of three. Sandy past away Saturday morning, July 19, 2014 from liver complications, in West Palm Beach, FL. Sandy was 54 years-old, she was young at heart, outgoing, and spontaneous in everything she did. Sandy will truly be missed by all, her spirit will live on in the hearts of her loved ones. The family arranged with the Palms West Funeral Home for a private graveside service at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, July 25th, followed by burial at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Expressions of condolence to the family and anecdotes of Sandy's humanity, kindness, and zest for life are welcome on her tribute wall.
