Sam is a very loved man. He leaves behind his loving wife Donna, Son Brian & Karen Berkowitz Grandsons Justin & Jennifer Berkowitz, Matt & Becca Berkowitz, Great Grandchildren Cooper, Camryn, Mia, Oliver, and Charlotte, also family: Douglas Proctor & Dominic. Dawn & Brian Baitsholtz, Brianna, Brandon, Dylan and Decker. Johnny Proctor, Johnny and Jenna. Justin Proctor, Niya, Mayci, Justin and Logan. Also, many, many friends and family of Duggans Pub. Sam was a proud member of American Legion for 69 years and the Elks for 63 years. Sam was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts and became a resident of Florida some 20 years ago.He was well known for his generosity and his commitment to help others.
