Ruth L. Riley

Ruth L. Riley, age 102, passed away on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at her home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She was born on September 22, 1922, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. As a young woman, Ruth was beautiful and well liked. She was feisty, independent, and had great determination. Her secret to longevity included daily vitamins, family genes, and happiness! She had many hobbies and interests including: gardening, cooking, reading, crafts, crossword puzzles, sing-a-longs, and dancing. Ruth worked for Calavo Avocado Growers of Southern California as a full charge bookkeeper and also a full charge bookkeeper and payroll processor for the "Hang Ten" clothing manufacturers. She retired at age 72. She is survived by her daughter, MonaRey Rugg of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
