Ruth Margaret Provenzano

Ruth Margaret Provenzano, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on July 7, 2012 at the age of 79. Born in Maywood, Illinois, she was the daughter of Carl & Anna Frantz. Left to cherish Ruth's memory is her husband, Frank R. Provenzano; Sons, Frank Provenzano, Donald (Terrie) Provenzano, and Richard (Diane) Provenzano; grandchildren, Christopher, Nicole, Dylan, and Dustin. A memorial gathering will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM. A memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM.
