STORER (Benesh), Rosalie Jean, On March 30, 2018, Good Friday, our mother passed away at home, surrounded by an abundance of love. She was 89. She was born in West Palm Beach, and raised at Casa Apava in Palm Beach, the estate her father was superintendent of for 43 years. She graduated in 1946 from Palm Beach High. Her secretarial career spanned many years and includes The Post Times, Morrison Air Base (PBIA), and Pratt & Whitney. As a young girl she attended Wagg Memorial Church, and was a member of Haverhill Baptist Church for 50+ years, where she was also a Sunday school teacher. She loved to work in her yard, spend time on the front porch talking to her neighbors, and wave at the ones passing by. Her greatest joy was spending time with her daughters, her grandchildren, and her many cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Emil Benesh, and her son Bobby Scott. She is survived by her four daughters, Rose Bice, Deanne Warner (Wayne), Denise Sykes (Derek), Annie Storer. Affectionately known as Grammy, she is survived by 11 grandchildren; Brian & Trisha, Phillip, Robert & William, Kyle, Connor & Sean, and Collin, Grant & Tucker. Great Grammy to 7. She is also survived by her siblings, Frances Breneman and MaryAnn McCants. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our mom's outstanding medical team at JFK Hospital, as well as her favorite long time physician, Dr. Benjamin Saketkhou, and Trustbridge Hospice.
