Dr. Rochelle Renee Whitaker

Dr. Rochelle Whitaker passed away Saturday, April 26, 2014 after a prolonged illness. She was born in Rensselaer, Indiana on August 30, 1968 to her parents Kathryn and Toy Whitaker. In 1997, she graduated from Life University and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree along with a nutrition degree and acupuncture certification. She had a successful practice in Orlando, Florida. Rochelle enjoyed spending her time away from the office on the water boating and hanging out with her precious son Remy and friends. Remy was the love of her life. She was loved by many and was known as a very loyal and generous person. She also loved her dog, Hunter, who passed away just a few months before her. Rochelle had a soft spot for the underdog and loved to feed all the wild creatures on her property including the deer. She is survived by her son Remington, her mother Kathryn, her brother Toy, her sister Yvette and her many wonderful loyal friends including Kim, Vicky, Peggy, Tami and Chandra who lovingly spent many days and nights with her at the hospital and her many, many other friends who loved her so much. Most importantly, Rochelle is spending eternity with her loving Saviour Jesus Christ.
