He is survived by his parents, Robert and Catherine Haugstad, sister, Kathleen M. Jones (Wesley), brothers, Charles M. Haugstad (Carole), Peter F. Haugstad (Joanne), aunt, Mary E. Herber and numerous nieces and nephews.
