Robert G Galt

Robert Gilbert Galt, CDMS-R, 71, of Wellington, Fl. Went to be with his heavenly father Tuesday December 24, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Ft Meyers, VA on November 2, 1948, son of the late Colonel George T. and Shirley Galt. He is Survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Donna Galt, two sons Sean Galt (Cindy) and Todd Galt (Dana) and step son Paul McGee (Alicia) of Florida. Grandchildren Todd Galt Jr, Andrew Galt, Gavin Galt, and Jonathan, Stephen, Kiernan, and Aurora McGee. Also surviving are his siblings Ann (Dave) Rosellini of Washington State, Cathy Leger of Washinton State, Lee (Kristy) Galt of Washinton State and John (Melissa) Galt of Florida. Bob was a retired veteran who always worked very hard and obtained many degrees including his masters during his lifetime. Most importantly Bob was a family man he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He loved Christmas time and bringing joy as Santa Claus. He could always be heard telling stories with a little life lesson in them or making jokes and enjoyed the laughter. Bob, aka "Poppie", will be missed by many!
