Robert Edward Haugstad

Robert Edward Haugstad, 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 28, 2023. Bob was born on November 16, 1931, the son of the late Melvin and Georgina Haugstad, he grew up in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Bob served in the U.S.A.F where he met the love of his life and wife of 67 years, Catherine M. McCarthy. He is survived by three children: Katie Jones and her husband Wes of Loudon, NH, Charlie and his wife, Carol of Kingston, MA, and Peter and his wife Joanne of Kingston, MA. He was predeceased by his son, Bobby Haugstad and his three sisters, Mary Herber, Kathleen Lundgren and Lorraine Smith. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren: Ben Jones, Nora Jones, and Margaret Gay of NH, Nancy Shepherd and Chuckie Haugstad of MA, and Cam, Abby, and Kyle Haugstad of MA. He is survived by several nieces, nephews, and greatgrandchildren. Service to be held on January 23, 2024 at 9:45am at St. Therese De Liseux 11800 Lake Worth Rd, Wellington, FL.
