ROBERT JAMES "DYNAMITE" DUNN Robert James "Dynamite" Dunn, devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, great brother and friend, passed away peacefully at his home in Wellington on April 14, 2011. Known to those he loved as Jimmy and Dynamite, he was a kind and gentle soul who loved life and those around him. Jimmy loved spending time with his family, having long talks with his son, watching his grandsons play football, attending doo-wop concerts and dancing with his wife. He was a lifelong fan of the Notre Dame Football program and loved watching and attending games. Jimmy was preceded by his sister Ruby Kuczinski, his father Herbert Dunn and his mother Ann Vosper. He will be greatly missed by those he is leaving behind: his wife of 42 years Carol Dunn; twin sister and brother-in-law, Patty and John McMahon; son, Robert Sean Dunn; daughter and son-in-law, Tracey and Scott Sullivan; and grandsons, Scott Stephen and Spencer James Sullivan. Family and friends may visit between 6-9 PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Palms West Funeral Home. A Mass or the Resurrection will be held 9:30 AM on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Our Lady Queen of Apostles Catholic Church in Royal Palm Beach with burial following at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, where Jimmy will be laid to rest with United States Army Honors. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jimmy's name to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
