Richard William Ries

Richard William Ries, 94, of Loxahatchee, Florida, passed away on January 7, 2023. Born in Listie, Pennsylvania on March 5, 1928, he was the son of Walter William Ries and Permilia (nee Bumbarger) Ries. Richard leaves to cherish him memory, his loving wife, Joanne M (nee Weston) Ries and her daughter Jennifer Macintosh; children, Richard (Barbara) Ries Jr. and George E. (Nancy) Ries; grandchildren, Patricia (Konrad) Hicke, Jennifer (Eric) Winstanley, Richard (Katie) Ries III, Teresa (Roy) Ries Keagy; great grandchildren, Jackson and Grayden Hicke, Eliana and Dane Winstanley, Carter and Stella Ries, Roy Keagy, Angela Keagy; great great grandchildren, Hunter and Wren; sibling, Betty Lou Steele; along with many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Richard was predeceased by his first wife, Etta Mae Ries; siblings, George Ries and Mildred Testa.
