Richard Powell

Richard D. Powell, 80, of Wellington, FL, formerly of Wiley Ford, WV, died Thursday, April 11, 2019, at home after a long illness. Richard is the son of Margaret and George Harry Powell and is survived by his wife of 58 yrs Carole Powell, sister Gloria Jacobs and many precious nieces and nephews. He was a graduate of Ridgeley H.S., attended Potomac State and the Academy of Dramatic Arts in NY. He retired from Kelly Springfield Tire Company and worked in Florida at Publix where he made many friends. Palms West Funeral Home will handle cremation. A private service will be held.
