Richard W. Farquhar

Richard Farquhar, age 67, of Royal Palm Beach, passed away February 23, 2015. Richard was born on November 5, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. After graduation from high school Richard joined the Navy and while on leave visiting family he met and fell in love with Susan Christiano. They were wed on July 15, 1972 in West Palm Beach at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Richard pursued his Bachelor's degree at Northern Illinois University and later received his Master's from Florida Atlantic University. Richard was a long time and valued employee of Palm Beach county for 27 years. Richard was always up for a baseball game and enjoyed traveling, fun and family. He is survived by his two children Jennifer Troiano of Lake City, Fl and Matthew Farquhar ( wife Amy) of Jacksonville, Fl; brother Robert Farquhar of Columbus, Maryland; Brother in law's Michael Christiano (wife Therese) and Jon Christiano ; grandson Joseph Troiano.
