Richard P.cudak of Wellington, Fl., passes away on Monday, April 7,2008 at the age of 77. He is survived by his wife Carol A. Cudak, sons Richard Jr. and William Cudak, daughters Kathryn Cudak, Susan Graves and Lynn Clavette,6 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be at the South Florida VA Cemetery .
