Ricardo Barros

On February 8, 2023, Ricardo (Ricky) Barros passed away quietly. He was 80 years old. Born on November 1, 1942 in Paraiba, Brazil, he lived in Rio de Janeiro for 46 years where he was a teacher. He moved with his wife, Sara, and two of his daughters to Florida in 1995. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching Brazilian TV and eating good food. He had a strong presence, persevered in most of what he set his mind to, found very creative solutions to life's challenges, and was determined to live life his way. He was often found with his wife sitting on his patio or at Dunkin Donuts sipping a cup of hot coffee. Ricardo is survived by his wife Sara Barros; daughters Andreia, Denise and Heloisa; brothers-in-law Claude, Laz and Joel; grandchildren Nicolas, Natalie, Justin, Sofia, Olivia, Hannah, Eva, Haven and Jonathan.
