Reuben Ramsing

Boynton Beach, FL — Reuben Ramsing, 89, died Friday, November 29, 2019 of natural causes in the comfort of his own home surrounded by family. Reuben was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to everyone. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ena Ramsing; his 9 Loving Children: Linda, Ram, Lilly, Pam, Ann, Marlene, Raj, Debbie & Sonny. And his 14 beautiful grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Reuben was born in Guyana, South America. He worked at Rosehall Estate Sugar Factory as a boiler engineer until he migrated to the United States (NYC) in 1979. There he worked at the New York Helmsley Hotel as an HVAC Tech/Boiler Engineer until his retirement. He and his spouse relocated to Florida to enjoy the Blue Skies & Sunshine doing what he was most passionate about, his gardening and working in his garage creating wonderful projects. A special thank you to Dr. Mark Freeman, Dr. Seinfield and their wonderful Staff at Boynton Care Center who went above and beyond the call of duty to care for our dad (Reuben Ramsing) not just in his final days but for the past 20 years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM & Thursday December 5th from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, followed by Funeral Service, from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM and Cremation is immediately afterwards at: Palms West Funeral Home & Crematory. 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL. 33422.
