Rafael Ortiz

Rafael Ortiz Rivera passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 12:11 a.m. at Palms West Hospital. He was the husband of Carmen Ortiz Marquez. They shared 42 years or marriage. Born in Coamo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Eustoquio Ortiz and Josefa Rivera. He was a retired limousine driver. He was a member of the church Instrumento de tu Gloria in Royal Palm Beach, FL. He will be remembered as a devoted husband and a caring and loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Carmen Ortiz. His children Jacqueline Ortiz, Rafael Ortiz, Doris Ortiz Fermin and Julie Ortiz. His grandchildren Alexander, Jennifer, Jhovanny, Rafael, Jesse, Miguel, Alejandro, Allyson, Julianna and Klyde. The memorial service will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. The church service will be held on Friday, February 22 at Instrumento de tu Gloria in Royal Palm Beach at 7:00 p.m.
