Philip John Devlin 84, of Lake Worth, FL., passed away on Friday, March 14, 2008. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Joseph & Florence (Matthews) Devlin. A service will be held 3:30pm Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Palms West Funeral Home.
