Peter Reis

Peter Reis, 63, of Wellington, FL passed away on March 2, 2023. Peter was born on October 4, 1959 in Horia, Romania to Joseph and Elisabeth Reis. At age 10 his family immigrated to Chicago. He graduated from Gordon Tech High School in 1978. Peter spent over 30 years in the IT field and as a second career, he had much fun as a porter driving Bentleys and Roll Royces, his dream job. Peter enjoyed music of all types, concerts with his friends and high end cars. He loved to watch Western movies and shows and fell in love with the desert landscape. Moving to new cities was a passion for him to experience what each city had to offer. He enjoyed traveling with his wife who had the same passion of experiencing living in different cities. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years MaryBeth, his mother Elisabeth Reis and 3 sons, Nicholas, Anthony and Chris Reis and his stepson Kris Stewart. His 3 granddaughters, Penelope, Lilah and Bailey. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Reis. The Celebration of Life will be scheduled in April. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital
