Peter Henry (Harry) Davis passed into his heavenly home on Friday, November 23, 2012. Harry was beloved by all his family, extended family and many friends. Harry was born in Jersey City NJ on May 16, 1939 to Mary Hanley Davis and Peter Henry Davis. He was raised in Kingfisher Cove, Brick NJ and attended Point Pleasant High School, graduated from Central Regional High School and resided in Point Pleasant NJ until moving to Daytona Beach, FL. He was employed by Jersey Central Power and Light Co. in NJ. In Daytona Beach, FL he owned and managed Boondocks Restaurant for many years. Harry was an avid NASCAR fan, he had his pilot's license and enjoyed many happy hours riding his bike and paling around with his dog. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, his daughter Marianne Gribbon, son in law James and granddaughters Kaitlyn and Megan. Also surviving are his brother Thomas and wife Delores, niece Rachel and nephew Thomas Sean. His extended family whom he loved very much, includes Jeff Hoefler, Laurie Gromis, Amy Mullen and Jen Bowens. Palms West Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
