Paula Garnsey Fortman

Paula Garnsey Fortman age 64, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2009. Born in Utica, New York, she was the daughter of Paul & Jeane (Schafer) Seamon. Paula is survived by her husband Donald, daughter Valerie Rigdon (Kendall), sons Greg Garnsey (Janelle), James Fortman, Brian Fortman, & Bradley Fortman, grandchildren Ryan, Blake, Madison, Glen, James & Naomi, brother Doug Seamon & sister-in-law Rita Seamon. A visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Sunday, July 5, 2009 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, July 6, 2009 - 10:00am. Paula will be buried at Deerfield Beach Cemetery.
