Paul A. Meade, age 66 of West Palm Beach, Florida died peacefully surrounded by his family, on June 7, 2017 in Wellington Regional Hospital. Paul was born on March 9, 1951 in Pontiac, Michigan to Richard and Louise Courtney Meade. He moved with his family to Lantana, Florida in the mid 60's , and graduated from Lake Worth High School in 1969. Paul then moved back to Pontiac, Michigan to live with his brothers, where he met his wife Alice Buero. They were married on July 22, 1978; and then moving back to Florida, they began their marriage of 38 years. Paul worked for NCR as a Field Engineer in computer systems for over 30 years. Paul is survived by his wife Alice and his son Travis Meade who is 26 years old and working on his Ph. D. in computer science at University of Central Florida in Orlando. Paul is so proud of his sonTravis, who has traveled the world participating in competition computer programming events. Paul is further survived by his brothers, JC Meade of Orlando, and Frank Meade of Greenacres; and his sisters Claudia Meade Lawhon of North Carolina, and Kathryn Meade Rahla of Palm Beach Gardens. He was predeceased by his sister Sylvia Meade and his brother Joseph Meade, as well as his mother and father. Paul has a loving extended family in both Michigan and Florida; with nephews, nieces, in-laws and friends. Paul loved helping people and giving advice. He was an energetic man and young-at-heart. He enjoyed fixing things, growing plants, line dancing, on-line shopping, shopping for BOGOs, and Blackjack. He enjoyed helping his wife Alice with her job; especially traveling to Puerto Rico, where his attempt to speak Spanish was interesting and fun. Road trips were often had, with no reservations, just stopping along the way to see the sites. As mentioned, his desire to help people led Paul to become an avid blood donor; he was a member of the "5 Gallon" club, often donating baby-packs. Paul… as your favorite song by Zack Brown says… "Adios en vaya con dios"
