Paul A. Cielavins; of Royal Palm Beach, Fl., passed away on Friday, August 10, 2012 at the age of 59. Having been born in Baltimore, MD, he is the son of Andrejs and Aina (Kurmis) Cielavins. He is survived by his wife Linda (Kramer) Cielavins, son, Craig Roth (Carolina), daughter, Kelly Winkler (Mark), grandchild, Margo Roth.
