Patricia A. Scotto-Sapp age 51, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Born in Patchogue, New York, she was the daughter of John & Jane (Boone) Scotto. Patricia is survived by her sons Jon, Christopher & Anthony Sapp, brother Michael Scotto, brother-in-law Billy Sapp, mother Jane Scotto, father John Scotto, best friend Carol Strickland, mother-in-law Arcilla Abner, good friend Frances Dyben, many friends & extended family. A visitation and service will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Monday, July 27, 2009 starting at 5:00pm with the service at 7:30pm.
